Delivery Charges
We regret we can only ship to addresses within the UK at the moment. The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you before payment is due.
Parcels will be sent by First Class Post or by Courier, depending upon the weight. A signature may be required for courier parcels - please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel: a work address can be specified for delivery.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within three to five working days of cleared payment. If you need your goods in a hurry please let us know and we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in time.
Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases - if you have any problems please contact us. Many of the items we stock and sell are discontinued items, meaning they may have already suffered minor shelf-wear and transit damage. We do our best to describe the exact box condition so that there are no surprises when your items arrive.

Returns Policy
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within seven days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in original condition, and still in its original packaging. You as the customer are responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.
All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective. As has already been stated, many of the items we stock and sell are discontinued items. We will not refund shipping/handling costs on these items unless we both agree that the box condition or contents are significantly different from that described at the time of purchase.
If goods returned to us are further damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.
Incorrect Goods
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within two days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the packaging.
